| Positions currently availableDesign ImplementationSenior/Middleweight DesignerWe're looking for a sparkling creative designer to come and work with our established Design Implementation team. You'll come from an advertising background, have sharp art direction and design skills. The job will need you to take existing creative ideas through to a finished visual stage, but there is also the need to work with other creatives to generate work winning concepts. Your initiative and experience will be vital to evaluate what is needed to get the job done, employing a range of skills on a range of jobs including from ads, logos, leaflets, and packaging. With deadlines in mind, confidence and ability to be able to work quickly and efficiently is essential, making snapshot decisions. Thorough knowledge of InDesign is necessary, as is experience in Photoshop and Illustrator. The ability to produce roughs and scamps is also needed. Senior Research Executive/Account Manager – Qualitative ResearchWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced researcher who has a passion for qualitative research and the vision to use results to drive marketing activity. Your strengths lie in qualitative research techniques, you love talking to consumers and you have strong technical skills including focus group moderation, accompanied shops, depth interviews and analysis. Quick to identify the important elements in research findings, you are also great at communicating them to clients. With previous agency experience you have the confidence to deal with clients and promote the benefits of research to all audiences. You’ll also relish the opportunity to bring the consumer to life for designers and creatives, as well as working alongside our planners in developing advertising and marketing propositions.
