What becomes of a girl who, at 12 years
of age, was commissioned to produce three animations per series by the iconic children’s television programme Hartbeat? She grows up and continues to make mesmerising pictures for prominent clients, such as MTV, Heinz, Harvey Nichols, The Observer, and London Fashion Week.

But Fiona Wylie’s extensive list of international supporters is not solely hypnotised into her graphic world for the romantic or erotic sensations skimming the shimmering surfaces of her illustrations. It is the way in which she draws; and draws on the depths of the tantalisingly sublime nature of the everyday.
