Benenden Healthcare

Client Challenge:

Benenden Healthcare is one of the largest friendly societies in the UK, providing healthcare services which complement the NHS. Benenden recruits members almost exclusively from the public sector and, having previously done little active marketing, they briefed Brahm to undertake a series of regional campaigns.

Our Solution:

We developed an integrated online/offline campaign using press, posters, radio, direct mail, email, web banner advertising, search engine optimisation and link building. Taking the core proposition of low-cost, high-value healthcare, the campaign succeeded in raising awareness, recruiting new members and providing valuable support to their Business Development Representatives.
